Acceptable Use

Creating another person’s signature without their permission, in any form — drawn, typed or from a photo.

Signing a document you are not authorised to sign, or altering a document to make it look as if someone else signed it.

Anything that is illegal where you live, including forgery and fraud.

Using a signature to impersonate a real person, a company or a public authority.

Uploading a photo of a signature you took from someone else’s document, card, cheque or identity paper.

Using the service to build or distribute malware, phishing material, or anything designed to damage or take over other people’s devices.

Because documents are never uploaded to us, we cannot see what you sign — and we do not want to. Enforcement therefore rests on reports and on account-level signals: we can delete a saved signature, suspend an account, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Accounts closed for breaking this policy are not refunded.

If you believe someone used SamSignatureMaker to forge your signature or to sign something in your name, write to bilgesamllc@gmail.com with as much detail as you have. We look at every report.
